When cancellation is possible
A request may be approved only before the order has been processed, packed or handed to a carrier. After dispatch, cancellation is generally unavailable; any eligible concern will be reviewed under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Approved cancellations and changes
If a cancellation is approved after payment, any applicable refund will normally be made through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Requests to change an item, quantity, delivery address or contact details are subject to the same timing and operational limits. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
